**General Summary**:
ConnectWise is the longest-running, market-leading software platform for technology solution providers (TSPs). The ConnectWise platform is used by more TSPs around the world than any other software provider. So, in a way, you could say we help keep the IT world spinning.

Our entry level sales positions are focused on generating sales qualified opportunities while still meeting the pre-determined sales objectives for your determined role. The primary goal is to create and qualify leads through consultative conversations in order to identify business needs and match them to one or more of appropriate solutions.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Individual contributor role reporting to a manager who values coaching, training, career development and helping you grow into a quota carrying sales representative
- Daily research and identification of target accounts
- Identify correct contacts in order to learn more about company objectives, paint points, processes and opportunities for improvement
- Use Linkedin Sales Navigator to connect and network with prospects
- Use tools such as Zoom info, outreach, Drift and Salesforce to identify, engage and track prospective clients
- Drive cold pipeline to our strategic sales team
- Work daily with our strategic sales reps to identify and break into new accounts
- Attend sales calls to learn more about our product offering
- Use industry insights in a consultative way to discuss areas of business improvement with a prospect
- Identify opportunities and pain points within a prospect's business and create interest in our solutions based on improving business issues
- Achieving Daily, Weekly and Monthly Metrics (Appointments, Qualified Opportunities, New Prospects Sequenced)
- Ability to articulate our competitive stance

- MEDDIC
- Experience qualifying and suggesting new products and services to prospects
- Must have the ability to quickly learn software solutions and be able to identify the appropriate opportunity for the correct solution and position correctly
- Ability to multi-task and flexibly work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
- Organized, self-motivated, eager to win
- Managed Services industry knowledge preferred
- Demonstrate exceptional positioning and qualification skills, with proven evidence of reaching sales objectives
- Ability to uncover needs through a consultative approach
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience while finding opportunity to position products and services
- Strong computer skills and a basic understanding of the ConnectWise suites are a plus
