What You Can Expect
Workvivo is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and qualify potential customers who can benefit from our employee engagement platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales processes, curiosity about customer motivations, and excellent communication skills to effectively showcase our offerings. Each potential customer is an opportunity to contribute directly to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall company profitability.

About The Team
Workvivo is a digital experience platform dedicated to enhancing workplace culture and empowering employees worldwide. We focus on customer satisfaction and improving employees' working lives, serving diverse organizations across automotive, technology, manufacturing, logistics, and finance sectors by implementing our platform to elevate the employee experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 6-18 months experience in SaaS sales as a Business Development Representative
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience engaging with C-Level executives via phone and email
  • Structured, organized, and process-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a growing environment with some ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate ideas and processes effectively to decision-makers and champions
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Zoominfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach
