We're evolving and we need people like you to bring new ideas, innovate and make your mark.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Executive to join the Agency Publishing team in MelbourneThis is a critical role in the Nine Publishing business that is responsible for growing revenues, and creating superior client-focused solutions, across both print and digital assets for the Independent Agencies portfolio.Day to day you will:Grow market share & revenue across your client baseBuild client portfolio expertise to identify & develop new business opportunitiesDevelop relationships with decision-makers and influencers across client baseLink across divisions, functions, and locations to present a seamless face to the client and their media /creative agenciesIncrease industry knowledge via media, data, and experience sources; attend relevant industry events where possible Develop an extensive external industry networkEnsure client & category insights are shared with teamDeploy effective methodologies for deepening or broadening relationships with clientsDeliver open, honest communicationEnsure you comply with core Nine Publishing valuesDetermine appropriate Nine Publishing assets to be deployed to effectively meet customer goalsIdentify suitable up-sell products to present to specific customersQualificationsWhat you'll bring:Proven successful media sales experience or equivalent relevant experienceAgency sales or Agency experienceProven success achieving revenue targetsStrong sales skills with a solution-based approachProven commitment to driving exceptional quality of work and customer experienceProven history of working collaboratively with peers and management to drive collaborative solutionsStrong digital advertising knowledgeInterest and knowledge of media sales and demonstrate existing agency and client contact.Demonstrable ability and credibility to marshal internal resources when necessary to deliver seamless strategic customer solutionsAdditional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
