**About the role**
**Main tasks**:This role will focus on growing an existing customer base through increased spend and new client acquisition. You will demonstrate the benefits associated with training and consulting services on offer and how these can be tailored to suit each business.

**Other tasks**:

- **Manage **the training enquiries sales pipeline
- **Prepare **proposals, tenders, and quotations
- **Convert** enquiries, leads, and proposals into successful deals.
- **Find** new clients by identifying and nurturing opportunities.
- **Maintain **accurate records of sales activities and revenue forecasts.
- **Assess** client business requirements and recommend suitable training solutions.
- **Execute** sales strategies to meet demand, sales targets, and revenue goals.
- **Record** all sales leads, queries, and correspondence in the CRM.
- **Stay** informed about market trends and competitors to find opportunities for business growth.

- Experience in B2B sales, ideally targeting SME customers
- A valid Australian driver's licence & be willing to undertake a police check
