**About the role**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the coaching and performance of all administration staff
- Implement a Standard Operating Model for clinic administration processes and services
- Develop and coordinate delivery of training and development framework for administration staff
- Management of Medicare compliance and audit processes
- Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service amongst all reception staff
- Partner with operations and People teams to support the engagement and retention of clinic administration staff
- Knowledge of RIS software functions highly regarded
- Ad hoc reception responsibilities as required
**Skills & Qualities**
- Extensive leadership experience within in a similar organisiation
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and reliability
- Intermediate/advance level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward to better the business
- Demonstrated experience within medical imaging will be highly regarded
