Project Manager - High-Rise Development
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our high-rise residential projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that every technical detail aligns with our high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Establishing and maintaining project quality standards and procedures
Identifying issues and developing solutions to address them
Reviewing subcontractor quality documentation and checklists for compliance
Liaising with the project team to ensure the quality of subcontract works on site
Managing the flow of technical information between design disciplines and stakeholders
Requirements include:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
6+ years' experience in a similar engineering role
Strong understanding of quality and design principles for structures, services, finishes, and facades
Proven experience working on large-scale residential projects
