High-Rise Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the completion of our high-rise construction project. As a key member of the site management team, you will be responsible for driving the program forward while ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Site Manager and Project Team to drive the program to successful completion.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop effective solutions to resolve project challenges.
- Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- 3-5 years' experience as a project manager on high-rise/residential new builds.
- Proven track record of leading high-rise projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of OH&S processes and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
