High-Rise Development Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our high-rise residential projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that every technical detail aligns with our high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining project quality standards and procedures
- Identifying issues and developing solutions to address them
- Reviewing subcontractor quality documentation and checklists for compliance
- Liaising with the project team to ensure the quality of subcontract works on site
- Managing the flow of technical information between design disciplines and stakeholders
Requirements include:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
- 6+ years' experience in a similar engineering role
- Strong understanding of quality and design principles for structures, services, finishes, and facades
- Proven experience working on large-scale residential projects
