High-Rise Residential Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team on a high-rise residential project in Sydney. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job DescriptionThe Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including managing teams of tradespeople, coordinating logistics, and ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Foreman or similar role;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired);
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
