High-Rise Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead our high-rise residential project. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager and Project team to ensure a successful outcome.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Site Manager and Project team to drive the program to completion.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Structures Foreman on high-rise / residential new builds.
- Experience working on high-rise projects is essential.
- A good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety processes is necessary.
- Established relationships with subcontractors are beneficial.
- Trade qualification preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
