Senior High-Rise Construction Project Manager

A highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager is required to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-rise residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide site teams to achieve project objectives. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to build effective relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement site management plans, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
- Lead and manage site teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are aligned with budgets and financial targets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and without incident.
- Certification IV in Building and Construction or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing high-rise construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
