- Review bank statements and credit reports for accuracy and completeness
- Verify applicant information and conduct credit checks
- Respond to client inquiries and provide support throughout the lending process
- Maintain accurate and organised loan files
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to improve processes and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- A can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years of experience in lending or financial services preferred but not essential
