About the role
Better Lending Solutions is seeking a skilled Office Assistant to join our team in North Sydney. This is a casual role that will involve providing administrative support to our busy mortgage and lending professionals. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, greeting clients, and managing incoming enquiries
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and other clerical duties
- Organising and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Providing support to the wider team as required
- Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and colleagues
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
