Orthopedic Territory Growth Specialist Role
We seek a skilled professional to develop and execute strategic plans for growing market share in the QLD territory.
This position involves managing the PRECICE Nail Portfolio by driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and clinical staff.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing case coverage, clinical support, and product education to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
A key responsibility of this role is to educate and train surgeons and hospital staff on the benefits and applications of orthopedic solutions.
In addition, the successful candidate will organize and lead events, workshops, and training programs to promote orthopedic technologies.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopaedics, trauma, or limb reconstruction.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrated ability to drive territory growth and exceed sales targets.
Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures, implants, and instrumentation.
Operating room experience with a proven ability to provide technical support during surgery.
