Job Description:

The Territory Business Manager – Orthopaedics is a key role responsible for managing the PRECICE Nail Portfolio. This involves developing effective strategic plans, utilizing resources, and implementing actions to achieve optimal results that meet or exceed annual sales goals.

This position focuses on driving adoption and market penetration of Globus' orthopedic solutions, including innovative and disruptive technologies for trauma and limb reconstruction. Success in this role will be achieved through in-depth product knowledge, strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, and delivering value through clinical expertise.

Key responsibilities include driving revenue and market share growth in the QLD territory by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Additionally, the Territory Business Manager – Orthopaedics will develop strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and clinical staff, positioning Globus Medical as a trusted partner in orthopedic care.

The role also involves providing expert case coverage and clinical support for Globus orthopedic products, ensuring optimal surgical outcomes. Furthermore, the Territory Business Manager – Orthopaedics will educate and train surgeons and hospital staff on the clinical benefits and technical applications of Globus orthopedic solutions.

Responsibilities also include organizing and leading peer-to-peer events, workshops, and surgeon training programs to promote Globus technologies. Additionally, the Territory Business Manager – Orthopaedics will execute a territory sales strategy, including developing an annual business plan with quarterly updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopaedics, trauma, or limb reconstruction.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive territory growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures, implants, and instrumentation.
  • Operating room experience with a proven ability to provide technical support during surgery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Queensland and nationally as required.
