About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and execute strategic plans for expanding our market share in the QLD territory.

This position involves managing our portfolio of orthopedic solutions by driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing case coverage, clinical support, and product education to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
  • Educating and training surgeons and hospital staff on the benefits and applications of orthopedic solutions
  • Organizing and leading events, workshops, and training programs to promote our orthopedic technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopaedics, trauma, or limb reconstruction
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive territory growth and exceed sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures, implants, and instrumentation
  • Operating room experience with a proven ability to provide technical support during surgery
