Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets while enhancing existing business.
- Provide high-quality theatre case coverage for clinical stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships within the territory through trusted partnerships and data insights.
- Offer accurate product information to customers.
- Establish and deliver regular training for theatre personnel.
- Manage consignment inventory and logistics of loan equipment.
- A degree qualification in a health-related field, science, or business, with 1-2 years experience in hospital sales and territory management.
- Ability to work under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer pain points and expectations.
- Strong commercial acumen and positive attitude towards achieving results.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
