At **Opal Fibre Packaging (OFP)**, we're not just about boxes — we're about bold ideas, strong partnerships, and sustainable innovation. We're looking for a driven and customer-focused **Territory Manager** to help us grow our presence and performance across a key territory.
As a Territory Manager, you'll be at the frontline of our growth strategy — creating new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. You'll collaborate with a talented and supportive team to deliver customised, value-driven packaging solutions.
In this role, you will:
- **Hunt for new business**: Identify and prioritise leads based on strategic fit and commercial value.
- **Deliver winning proposals**: Work closely with Sales Support to craft compelling, tailored solutions.
- **Own the customer experience**: Stay connected with your client base through regular visits and meaningful conversations that uncover opportunities and drive results.
- **Bring insights to life**: Leverage your understanding of customer needs to offer innovation, technical support, and value engineering ideas that boost customer success — and ours.
- **Be the problem solver**: Respond quickly and effectively to queries, escalating to Customer Service when needed to ensure issues are resolved with urgency and care.

We're looking for a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for building strong business relationships. Someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys taking ownership of their territory.
Ideally, you will have:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Economics (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling, pipeline development, and deal conversion.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at every level — from the warehouse to the boardroom.
- Knowledge of the fibre packaging or distribution industry in Australia or globally (a plus, not a must).
- A curious mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
