An exciting opportunity now exists for a Territory Manager to join the team in representing a well-established range of vascular access solutions across hospitals and healthcare settings in SA and NT. You'll draw on your clinical background and commercial acumen to drive product adoption, support healthcare professionals, and contribute to improved patient outcomes.

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a diverse territory and achieve sales targets across a market-leading product range.
  • Develop and implement a territory plan aligned with growth and business objectives.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders - from clinicians to procurement and executive teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical validations.
  • Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and clinical best practice.
  • Utilise CRM tools and digital platforms to support account planning and reporting.
  • Attend relevant conferences and industry events to strengthen market presence.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven success in clinical sales within hospitals or healthcare environments (essential).
  • Experience in vascular access or PICC insertion - highly regarded.
  • Clinical, nursing or healthcare background is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage a wide geographic territory.
  • Competency with CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.
  • A passion for improving healthcare through best-in-class solutions.
