As the business continues to grow and adapt to the evolving coffee market, Sanremo is seeking a Territory Manager to lead multi-channel sales activities across Victoria and Tasmania.
Job Description Based at the Melbourne showroom in Richmond, the Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales and brand presence across VIC and TAS.
Building and maintaining relationships across hospitality, commercial, corporate, and FMCG sectors Growing market share and brand awareness through site visits, events, trade shows, and direct outreach Creating proposals and quotations independently, while collaborating with internal teams (administration, technical, and marketing) Developing a 2-4 year sales strategy and adapting it over time by staying informed on coffee trends, market shifts, and emerging opportunities Representing Sanremo at industry events such as trade shows, barista championships, and community gatherings The Successful Applicant Sanremo is looking for a Territory Manager with strong channel knowledge and a proactive mindset.
Key requirements include: Proven experience and current track record in channel management within hospitality, commercial, and related sectors A genuine passion for coffee (industry experience preferred but not essential) A consultative sales approach with the ability to strategize, grow accounts, and secure new business Commercially savvy, autonomous, and confident in managing workload and resolving issues independently Based in Melbourne, with permanent work rights and a valid Victorian driver's license What's on Offer This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate, family-owned company and make a real impact in the Australian coffee market.
