Recruitment for a Territory Manager to represent a well-established range of vascular access solutions across hospitals and healthcare settings in SA and NT. This global medical device company focuses on improving patient outcomes and enabling clinicians through cutting-edge, clinically supported solutions.
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Manage a diverse territory and achieve sales targets across a market-leading product range.
- Develop and implement a territory plan aligned with growth and business objectives.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders—from clinicians to procurement and executive teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical validations.
- Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and clinical best practice.
- Utilise CRM tools and digital platforms to support account planning and reporting.
- Attend relevant conferences and industry events to strengthen market presence.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven success in clinical sales within hospitals or healthcare environments (essential).
- Experience in vascular access or PICC insertion—highly regarded.
- Clinical, nursing or healthcare background is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage a wide geographic territory.
- Competency with CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.
- A passion for improving healthcare through best-in-class solutions.
