Bid & Submissions Coordinator Role

Are you a sales or marketing professional with 2+ years of experience in proposal development? Do you possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, technical staff, and external clients/subconsultants?

We are seeking an experienced Bid & Submissions Coordinator to support our expanding business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating the bid process, identifying potential opportunities, conducting research, and preparing and submitting proposals in accordance with client requirements and firm standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and coordinating the bid process
  • Identifying potential opportunities
  • Conducting research
  • Preparing and submitting proposals
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders and sub consultant information
  • Managing the proposal review process

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, technical staff, and external clients/subconsultants
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
