**Macquarie Park **/ WFH**:

- **Initial contract until 14/12/23 (possibility of extension)**
- **Up to $480 p/d + Super (40 hour week)**

NSW Government Agency is looking for a Facilities Officer to join their team in Macquarie Park. You will be responsible for the implementation of facilities management programs, meeting maintenance requirements and managing minor works projects.

**The Role**:

- Liaise with consultants, contractors and other asset management staff to support the development, design and construction phases of projects.
- Prepare project briefs, status reports, financial information and other associated documentation to inform decision making on the delivery of facilities management project
- Provide advice and input to contribute to the development of technical specifications
- Coordinate immediate responses to emergencies such as fire, flood and storm damage
- Monitor, record and report on program progress in line with processes and guidelines

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction and/or Facilities Management and/or relevant qualifications / industry experience
- Experience in minor project facilities maintenance
- Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
