Artificial Intelligence Transformation Leader

About the Role:
  • Leverage expertise in AI architecture to drive strategic business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design of production-ready AI/ML solutions across multiple domains, including Generative AI.
  • Work closely with product, data, and engineering leaders to foster innovation and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of delivering real-world AI systems, beyond lab experiments or vendor demos.
  • In-depth knowledge of machine learning operations, model lifecycle management, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure), and Large Language Models.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and executives, demonstrating gravitas and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in complex, regulated environments with heavy data requirements.
