Studiosity is looking for a Director, Partnerships to lead our team of eight Client Success professionals, supporting our education partners across the Asia-Pacific region.Sydney office, or hybridUp to $150k base per annum, plus superGenerous incentive scheme for high performanceWhat you will do:Lead our Partnerships (Client Success) team across Australia, New Zealand and Asia with accountability for annual target achievement.Develop our partner management systems and processes to enable scalability for significant growth.Develop the regional partnership team's capabilities and culture consistent with the Company's global vision, mission and values.Make decisions that drive strategic and operational outcomes, including partner growth and retention.Drive individual accountability within the partnerships team for activities that drive successful revenue growth.Act swiftly to improve individual and team performance where necessary.About StudiosityWe support approximately 1.8 million students across five continents with world-leading AI-for-learning technology, so they can get help exactly when it's needed most.

Because everyone should have individualised help when it's needed, to improve life chances; the chance for more confidence, a better grade, a better job, or the chance to change the world for others.ExperienceA bachelor's degree in a related field10+ years of experience in client success/account managementTeam leadership experienceExperience dealing with C-suite customersRequired SkillsStrong communication, presentation and persuasion skillsExcellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellence in organisational management with the ability to coach staff and to manage and develop a high-performance team.Desired Experience / SkillsAn understanding of the tertiary and secondary education sectors.Proficient user of SalesforceWhat's in it for you?
