The Role

The Client Services Director will lead our Partnerships and PR + Communications teams, connecting and collaborating internally, and with Client and Group Company decision makers, to enhance the quality of our product and pipeline for growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote a unified culture between departments within the organisation and between Group Companies.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships within the Leadership Team.
  • Champion the organisation's specialist capabilities within the Group, and be an expert at identifying opportunities that will unlock improved integration and organic growth.
  • Develop strong rapport with key client decision makers to elevate the perception and reputation of the organisation, and deliver on our Big Ambition.
  • Oversee the Senior Account Directors to develop and execute client plans, focused on creative excellence and growth.
  • Anticipate and understand client requirements, challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop significant knowledge of clients' categories and industry trends to shape the work, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Work closely with the MD and GM to develop, engage and convert a strategic pipeline of new business and organic prospects.
  • Contribute effectively to Group new business pitches where required.
  • Participate in the marketing efforts of the organisation including but not limited to networking, new business credentials, proactive ideas, thought-leadership and award submissions.
