**Job Opportunity:** Lead Partnerships and PR + Communications Teams

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Partnerships and PR + Communications teams. This role involves connecting and collaborating internally, as well as with clients and company decision makers, to enhance the quality of our product and pipeline for growth.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Partnerships and PR + Communications teams, building effective working relationships within the leadership team, and championing specialist capabilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a collaborative culture between departments
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships within the leadership team
  • Champion specialist capabilities within the organization
  • Build strong relationships with client decision makers to elevate perception and reputation
  • Oversee Senior Account Directors to develop and execute client plans focused on creative excellence and growth

  • A leader - proven ability to build and inspire a diverse team
  • An influencer – able to take people on a journey to achieve buy-in across critical issues
  • Passionate about great ideas underpinned by commitment to delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident, credible presenter
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of clients, management and staff
