As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Workplace Operations Manager to join our AWESOME Workplace Experience team. You will report directly into our Director of Workplace Experience & Community and provide day to day leadership and direction to our Culinary Crew and Workplace Coordinator.

**No two days will look the same but here's a snapshot of how you will spend your time**:

- Be the 'go-to' person for our Sydney office and oversee all operational needs of the building
- Collaborate with the Experience Team to bring events, activations, culture programs, customer tours and the new starter experience to life within the office
- Shape the customer experience across both logistics/operations and environment/culture, making sure it's a great place for our team and visitors
- Ensure our office is clean, organised and maintained to the highest possible standard
- Use our flagship product, iAuditor to streamline operations and implement proactive maintenance and WHS programs
- Use our training product, EdApp to develop training programs to improve building operations and service delivery
- Maintain and optimise existing vendor relationships; identify business improvement opportunities
- Monitor and optimise our office spend, constantly looking for ways to be more efficient and maximise ROI on all office spend
- Support Director of Workplace Experience on other ad-hoc global workplace projects
