Operational Workplace Manager

The Senior Facilities Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our global workplace solutions division.
Key responsibilities include scheduling repairs from work order requests, reviewing data from work order reports to identify performance and progress status, maintaining accurate records of work orders, proposals, department files, and other documents submitted by vendors.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of work routines and standards, with the ability to apply skills and knowledge in various processes, procedures, and systems.
They will also demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
This position requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to build effective relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
