Workplace Operations Manager

The Workplace Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and effective delivery of property-related services across locations.
This includes emergency assistance, maintenance coordination, invoicing, and supplier management. The successful candidate will oversee all facets of building operations and essential services with a focus on incident management, process enhancement, and maintaining high standards of safety, functionality, and service excellence.
- Coordinate facilities requests, office changes, and site maintenance.
- Support workplace emergency protocols, incident management, and change communication.
- Manage supplier relationships, process invoices, and monitor workplace budgets.
- Administer the booking system and maintain Workplace Services knowledge hub.
- Track and report greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to climate disclosures and ESG scorecards.
- Assist with document processing, governance meetings, and employee communications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support WHS policies.
- Provide event support for EAs and LS when needed.
