**About this role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Legal Advisor to join our enthusiastic office based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney. As a Legal Advisor, you will provide contractual and legal support to the Australasian Region with a primary focus on supporting the Victorian and South Australian businesses. With access to a global community of leaders, you will collaborate with and learn from other minds.

**What will I do?**
- Providing legal advice in relation to the Region's contracts and projects.
- Advising on claims management, in conjunction with the Australasian Claims & Disputes lead lawyer.
- Preparation of legal resource and guidance material for the Region as requested.
- Act as a positive influence in the business to achieve commercially astute contract outcomes.

**What will I bring?**
- Current legal practicing certificate
- 3-5 years PQE experience
- In-depth knowledge of construction law and the construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive and collaborative behaviour and an ability to influence in a complex and dynamic environment.
