Job Opportunity: Legal Advisor

About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced legal advisor to support our business in various areas, including commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, governance, and operational matters.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and adaptable legal professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. They will possess a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations and be able to provide high-quality legal advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Providing legal advice on regulatory, compliance, governance, and operational matters
  • Collaborating with other members of the legal team
  • E nsuring consistent, high-quality legal support across the business
  • Contributing to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and legal awareness within the organization

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a pragmatic and commercial approach.

Requirements:

  • A law degree from a recognized institution
  • Significant experience in a legal role, preferably in a commercial setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
