">At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our high-performing Legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who's eager to gain broad commercial exposure while also having the opportunity to advise on more specialist issues such as privacy and emerging technology.
">About the Role
">We're looking for someone to work on a full spectrum of advisory and transactional matters, assisting with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, providing legal advice on regulatory, compliance, governance, and operational matters, collaborating with other members of the Legal team, ensuring consistent, high-quality legal support across the business, and contributing to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and legal awareness within the organization.
">About You
">You're a collaborative and adaptable legal professional who's keen to learn and ready to take on a wide range of matters, comfortable working with different stakeholders, enjoy variety in your work, and can balance attention to detail with a pragmatic and commercial approach. You bring post-admission experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, gained in-house and/or in private practice, a willingness to work across a broad range of legal issues, transactions, projects, and business areas, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, an adaptable proactive mindset, and eagerness to keep developing your legal skills.
