Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

We are seeking an experienced senior legal advisor to provide high-level legal advice on complex procurement and contractual issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years post-admission experience gained in a private practice, in-house or public sector environment, with expertise in non-contentious areas such as corporate/commercial IT, banking & finance, property, construction or employment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide authoritative advice on complex legal issues related to procurement and contracts
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial and ICT related agreements
  • Deliver strategic legal support to senior stakeholders and contribute to organisational improvement and legal capability-building
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-admission experience of at least 4 years in a relevant field
  • Expertise in non-contentious areas such as corporate/commercial IT, banking & finance, property, construction or employment
  • Ability to work independently on complex legal issues and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
