As the Service Excellence Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in embedding customer outcome principles into our servicing model. Your dedication will directly contribute to enhancing operations and servicing across our portfolios, ensuring that each member receives exceptional service tailored to their needs.
**The opportunity**:
Join us in revolutionizing the way we serve our members. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external providers to build a culture of excellence in service delivery. You'll have the opportunity to shape our servicing strategy, driving continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the member experience and align with regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Building and managing a governing framework across key areas of the servicing model
- Leading continuous improvement programs to drive changes across the business and external provider
- Ensuring completeness of all internal and external documentation in accordance with the fund's governing framework
- Reporting and tracking servicing outcomes to monitor performance against objectives
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Cultivating effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery excellence
- Aligning services with member and employer needs while upholding Fund policies, procedures, and business objectives.
