Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage catering services to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Oversee meal preparation and food service, ensuring nutritious meals that meet health and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with suppliers and manage resources efficiently.
- Ensure efficient housekeeping and laundry services are compliant with policies and standards.

- You're a strong leader with a passion for people and service excellence.
- Relevant qualifications with previous experience as a Chef.
- A hands-on leadership ability to lead by example in the kitchen when needed.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and coaching large teams.
- Experience in preparing and cooking for large groups.
- Skills in menu coordination and tailoring meals to diverse dietary needs.
- Knowledge of OHS, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Aged care experience is desirable but not essential - we welcome candidates from hotel and restaurant backgrounds with relevant training provided.
