We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Excellence Manager to join our team.

As a Service Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including compliance, strategic growth, policy implementation, audit management, marketing, documentation management, collaboration, and restrictive practice reporting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive innovation.
- Mentor and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and financial management.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a culture of excellence, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, health sciences, or social work).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of business administration, finance, and human resources principles.
- Certification in disability and/or health (an asset).
