Job Title: Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced service professional to manage our client-facing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional service to multiple government sites across the Melbourne Area on a full-time permanent basis.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring effective day-to-day management of your area and clients to deliver outstanding service outcomes.
  • Utilizing strong technology and communication skills to deliver excellence to all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining sound knowledge of operational techniques, including ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members and managers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervision experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Safe Work Practices, commercial experience, and OHS legislation.
  • Practical knowledge of managing OHS in their area of responsibility.
  • A current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain) and Certificate III Cleaning Operations (desirable).
