Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the smooth operation of our Guest Services department. As Service Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and driving exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. They will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Guest Services team to ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Overseeing guest relations initiatives, such as recognition programs and service recovery logs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and excellence
