**ABOUT PERTH OFFICE**
South32's corporate office is based in the heart of Perth's CBD. The corporate office houses key functions including HR, Finance, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Group Risk and Technical. Our office is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the Perth Underground Train Station.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This permanent position will be held in our Perth offices. We understand and value the benefits of flexibility and operate a hybrid work model (in the office and from home).
As Lead HR Systems & Applications, you will nurture the success of our HR technology ecosystem. In this role, you'll guide a talented team that ensures our people-focused systems run smoothly and effectively. Your expertise will help shape the digital employee experience through various platforms, including SAP, SuccessFactors, and innovative automation solutions.
This role offers the perfect blend of relationship management and technical oversight. Your ability to understand human needs and system capabilities will make a real difference to our organisation's success.
Reporting to the Manager HR Systems and Applications, other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
- Partner with stakeholders to shape and enhance our HR systems landscape, leading thoughtful solutions for business needs while orchestrating system upgrades and improvements. Foster meaningful relationships across the organisation to ensure our technology solutions align perfectly with our people-focused initiatives.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of HR Systems Specialists, creating an environment of continuous learning and growth. Skilfully manage various projects and system enhancements, ensuring smooth delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication channels.
- Oversee the seamless operation of our HR systems, providing expert guidance for issue resolution and maintaining solid relationships with technology partners. Ensure our systems remain robust and responsive to business needs while managing critical cyclical processes that support our people operations.
- Drive excellence in requirements gathering, testing, and implementing system changes, ensuring thorough stakeholder engagement and meticulous attention to detail. Facilitate knowledge sharing and change adoption through carefully crafted support materials and training resources, ensuring smooth transitions for all users.

Qualifications for this position are:
- Tertiary Qualifications in HR, Business, Technology desirable
