Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Director to lead our HR Systems Implementation project in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan, execute, and oversee the governance of HR system integration projects.
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal HR teams, and technical stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
  • Report to the steering committee, providing updates, risks, and recommendations.
  • Manage project resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Embed project management best practices to drive consistency and quality.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably with HR systems projects.
  • A strong understanding of project management governance and disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior leadership and steering committees.
  • A proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a focus on building relationships across teams.
