
HR System Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-focused individual to support the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our core HR systems.
This role will work across a range of HR platforms, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and high-quality reporting.
- Act as the primary administrator for our HRIS platforms.
- Maintain data integrity across all systems through regular audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Manage system configurations, user permissions, workflow automation, and system upgrades.
- Support key HR processes including onboarding, recruitment, learning & development, performance reviews, payroll, and benefits administration via the relevant platforms.
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR metrics and business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT) and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of HR systems.
- Provide system training and support to HR team members and wider business users as required.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data governance policies.
- Assist in the implementation of new modules or HR systems projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information within our HR systems.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- System Administration: Configure, maintain, and upgrade our HRIS platforms.
- Training and Support: Provide training and assistance to HR staff and other users.
- Compliance: Adhere to data protection regulations and internal data governance policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR support, systems, or coordinator role.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following systems is essential: ELMO, PageUp, PayGlobal/Paymate, and Dayforce.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they interact with HR systems.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data, reports, and analytics tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
