This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Advisor to join their team and help the business with their system savvy skills

The purpose of this role is to support the ongoing management and enhancement of the HR systems and metrics by:

- Driving continuous improvement of the Group's current HR systems and metrics
- Proposing new system and process alternatives to better support the company
- Performing collection, modelling, analysis and reporting of HR data to inform decision-making processes and drive key business outcomes
- Collaborating with key business leaders and HR teams to ensure existing systems configuration and data reporting and analysis mechanisms align with business requirements
- Proactively collaborating with project teams to support the delivery of projects where HR data is a key requirement

**Profile**
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Strong understanding of HR practices, systems, trends, and opportunities
- Ability to build a diverse range of collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in systems analysis, design, and administration of information systems within large organisations
- Ability to work in unstructured teams and promote an effective, collaborative working environment
- Demonstrated, analytical, and problem-solving ability within an evolving technology and business environment
- Ability to balance attention to detail with fast results.

**Role Requirements**
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources and/or Information Technology
- Desirable experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards
- Experience working with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Proven experience working with a multi-vendor technology stack to deliver business outcomes
