Software Support Professional
This role encompasses delivering comprehensive, high-quality technical support for small and medium-sized business software and hardware products.
Provide help desk support for assigned cases, including outbound calls, emails, and internal support tickets.
Utilize exceptional customer service skills to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
Offer end-user support for the Workforce Ready Time and Labor, Human Resources, and Payroll modules.
Requirements:
Demonstrate domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: payroll, time and labor/employee scheduling, HR, or benefits.
1-5 years of experience using Time & Attendance, Payroll, and/or Human Resource applications or related experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent organizational, time-management, and planning skills with a strong attention to detail needed.
Excellent written, oral communication, listening, and telephone skills.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Web and Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous help desk experience is desired. Degree qualification in a related field preferred.
