Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a technical solutions expert.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to deliver solutions to our customers, supporting the sales team with demos and onboarding new customers to ensure they achieve a measurable return on investment using our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer support and technical solutions
  • Support sales team with technical demos and customer onboarding
  • Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans where necessary
  • Work with the team to develop strategies and resources for scale and growth
  • Identify opportunities to create additional value for customers and drive product adoption
  • Gather customer and product feedback to inform new product initiatives

Requirements:

  • Client-facing experience managing accounts in B2B SaaS
  • Experience implementing and analyzing digital data to solve marketing and consumer behavior problems
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and articulate communication skills
