Bradken is seeking aSales Process Specialistto join our team in Newcastle, Perth, Brisbane, or Adelaide.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Sales Process Specialist, you will:
Design and refine global sales systems and processes to support growth and customer focus.
Ensure alignment of sales tools like Salesforce CRM and Epicor ERP with process needs.
Maintain a central process repository with version control and accessibility.
Lead change management initiatives, including training and adoption strategies.
How You Work:
You will collaborate across functions, develop enablement materials, identify improvement opportunities, and establish process governance frameworks.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (highly desirable).
Experience with CRM (especially Salesforce) and ERP systems like Epicor.
Skills in process mapping, change management, and sales lifecycle optimization.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
