About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Process Optimization Specialist to streamline our sales operations, manage data in our CRM, prospect for new clients and support the sales team with actionable insights and operational efficiency. This role plays a crucial part in improving our sales velocity, accuracy, and team productivity.

  • Ensure data accuracy, lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for Sales leadership.
  • Support quote-to-cash processes including pricing, deal desk, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Finance, and Customer Success for cross-functional alignment.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

This role requires 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or CRM management, strong understanding of Excel and reporting tools, attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and strong organizational skills.
