Join us as a Solutions and Sales Process Specialist for the Electrification Business Area where you will be directing/supporting a team of sales specialists who provide internal and external customer's support. Reporting to the EL Service Product and Solutions Manager and this position is based in Moorebank, Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Creating, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing sales support and customer support strategy and processes where strategy to be determined from Install Base Life Cycle and opportunity to service solution at each stage to create business opportunity
- Monitoring and striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency, assisting the division in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Defining key targets and ensuring these are achieved for customer support and sales opportunity growth. Developing, implementing, and maintaining sales and customer support processes
- Ensuring a proper communication and updating on issues related to tools development and new functionalities
- Supporting the deployment of the sales training and the related functional competency programs in the dedicated area
- Recommending appropriate sales processes and coordinating with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place
- Establishing regular reports and statistics of the sales and customer service process
- Ensuring the development of a proper network throughout the local sales units, factories service and engineering centers to enable a long-run structured and sustainable process mind-set in the sales teams

**Your background**:

- Tafe certification or trained in Sales and Processes with more than 2 years of experince in the smilar field
- Good understanding of sales and marketing
- Strong SFDC knowledge and utilization and ability to quickly learn ABB products/systems
- Excellent skills in collaboration and actively drive discussions and negotiations
- Understand and use sales processes and related tools, knowledge of health and safety procedures and relate to ABB
- Ability to work and drive targets to wider Sales and Operational Teams
