Reporting to the Accumulations Products and Services Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with the business relationships with Western Australian grain marketing consultants on behalf of CBH Marketing and Trading. The incumbent will deliver exceptional customer service and support the core functions of the Accumulations Products and Services team.

**Key responsibilities**-
- Actively support the daily core functions of the broader Accumulations Products and Services team to ensure key performance indicators are met collectively- Deliver accurate and timely execution of broker transactions- Assist the Lead - Business Relationship role to develop and coordinate meetings and seminars with consultants, delivering up to date information regarding products and services-
- Work cohesively to provide exceptional service to internal, consultant and grower customers through efficient and accurate turnaround of administrative requests- Support the development and maintenance of the M&T product suite- Prepare data and create reports as required- Disseminate pricing, transactional opportunities and other relevant business information as required

**Skills and experience**- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Sales, AgriBusiness or Agriculture- Understanding of the Australian grain supply chain is essential- Proven track record of successful customer relationship management- High attention to detail and computer literacy skills- Desirable: Relevant experience in grain accumulation and marketing- Desirable: Critical and analytical thinking with the ability to problem solve under pressure- Desirable: Strong verbal and written communication skills- Desirable: High level of competency using CRM and the Microsoft products suite
