Role Overview

This is a key position within our organization that involves managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Account Manager will be responsible for leading client meetings, handling enquiries, supporting new business development, and coordinating processing instructions.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong desire to continually improve, a willingness to learn, and the ability to contribute directly to achieving KPIs impacting client retention, revenue, and satisfaction. A team player with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities is required.

Essential Requirements
  • A relevant qualification such as Tier 1/2 or a Diploma in Insurance Broking (desired)
  • Previous experience in broking and client-facing relationships
